Question An ideal new developer to finish DNF
If DNF goes to another company to finish development, which is supposedly really close to being released. It would be fairly quick to finish (supposedly) and would not distract any developer from their current projects. We all wish for 3DR to finish the game but if that will not happen who should be worthy to take the reigns?

My ideas:
1. id
2.Croteam
3.Epic

id is right now busy with quite a few things I will say, Rage, Doom 4, Quake Live besides the recent acquisition by Zenemax. Epic may do it, but will they ? Its all money game honey. We customers are just grass to be walked upon and made money of.

Well I want 3DR to finish it

I guess if it had to be someone though... **** I dunno, who has the necessary skills with a mostly rewritten totally custom Epic engine? I'd say no-one really.

Even if there's very little work left to do it'd probably still take ages to finish as you'd have to learn everything about the custom/hybrid engine.

Without taking that into account though I'd go with Crytek. The latest Doom and Quake bored me (pretty but not very high on personality), Serious Sam 2 sucked pretty hard even though the First and Second Encounters were good, and I just don't like most Epic games.
