Hmm... I see your point. In the zip file (linked in tenth post) there was a read me; and, sure enough, it said it wasn't bashtrnr.zip, but it was bashrtrn.zip. If I come across it, you'll be the first to know... (Hello, thousand-hour google search)

Monster Bash was produced during the period where we didn't put cheat codes into our registered games. Most of these things aren't there.

patching over the changes from the shareware trainer to the full version isn't exactly simple either . So unless you are skilled and have lot's of time to do it yourself, I think you are out of luck.

@Xgthug: It's called a patcher. I admit, the setup looks a bit fishy but I tested the Monster Bash trainer and it works! Great work Joyjax.

Well hey, then great work!

I thought you were trying to say that these were the original trainer modules from '93, which would have made it very suspicious.

Is it alright if I upload these to my Monster Bash site? I'll give you credit.

Seconded. To be honest, I never thought I'd see the day when someone popped out of nowhere with cheat modules for games I love that not a lot of people still care about. Huge props to JoyJax.

I just wonder is there a legit way to enter those cheats in Monster Bash? Like in Bionic Commando many years passed so that we we figured out how to activate debug mode. Maybe Monster Bash creator could remember?

I don't think there is. I investigated it a while back and the code to access the cheats had been removed, so I could only activate the code with a hex edit. But IIRC the other ones like Jump Cheat aren't there at all, that's done by patching the jump code so it's entirely new.

Re: Monster Bash Trainer Module
I wanted to make for Duke Nukem 2, Halloween Harry a module but I lack of time to come. For Raptor, Wacky Wheels, Hocus Pocus, I can not make a coach because I possessed no knowledge of Protect mode. I'm just starting C + +, C and Assembler in Windows Vista. Dos start as I used to learn assembly language as it reviews in German is not good for windows. Maybe I'll do some time back on modules.
The thing you need is TASM, Dosbox debugger, Cheat Engine to the memory addresses to determine for real mode.

I can sit health is not always found in front of the PC because the body is adapted from evolutionary view of movement I have to also run times and move around as it may damage the disc.

It is funny because it is true.

But I love this entire thread. Someone posts in 2002 looking for monster bash registered trainers, and only 8 short years later - a solution is developed. This is completely awesome!
