Plz post a link when it's ready for some further testing.
I can't seem to recall if you had a music track or not.. I recommend almost complete silence, with a few wolf howls here and there (if possible). Also Red 3 was scary because of its audio clips. So you might want to look into something like that, if you haven't already. ![]() When I tested your map I got a lot of missing sound clip errors. I'm curious what they were supposed to be. |

updated didint improve much though.NOTE this level is meant to be played with. duke nukem 3d ATOMIC version.in 8 bit mode with music volume on half.

That was a big improvement.
If it's gonna be a DM lvl then I recommend more routes, underground locations, secret passages and weapons. I personally like to DM on levels where most of the rooms have more then one entrance. Having more then one floor would also improve its DM potential. However if your aiming for a more straight forward style DM stage then it's quite good. Anyway, with what you have so far, I don't know if it's a glitch but when you go outside and stand on the ground that sinks, I got squished (godmode), then when I jumped the floor rose back up and I got squished again. Outside the storage room by the red key card, after I got the RPG I jumped into the water and got squished (no godmode). Please check if you have these same problems. Overall, it's getting better and better. ^_^ |

So, took a look. Don't really know what it's supposed to be. I can excuse basic design (because, hell, my design is basic) but the map seems to lack a theme if you ask me. There's some cave and an unreachable street area with a helicopter... yeah what

I played this, again there is no sense of proportion, the map really makes no sense either. Somehow you fall into a mine, were apparently miners dug a little bit out and then made a mess hall, but then they never made a way out??

Next job, expand the mine, expand outside, and add more buildings, secrets,weapons, scary places where you pop up, oh and there is a way to get there.

Yea I'm surprised anyone had trouble with finding that, theres a teleporter behind the wall in the corner of the room outside of the "storage room". Takes you to the helicopter which finishes the lvl. |

ive not made much improvements since then. but i have made a drasiccaly better DM map. itsa half built military training ground. i think but they were buiding over previously made houses and stores and stuff. you can see it in the first in line of my new series of map reveiws.Miuz mapping vids! on youtube! Oh and you mentioned warzone in your review - Not sure if you played it or not but you should if you haven't! Warzone (Warz.map) by Andras Piroska (I believe I spelt that correctly?) is a truly classic map. Too bad you just said "someone already got that name" ![]()

yes i was eating reeses pieces. and i will be doing more reveiws. ive heard of warzone and need to play it. heck ill review it. and yes deeper thought is a genius.but that map i first started will not be near as good.
