How about have some ******* patience, the week's end has not come YET.
There is an entire day to go before you can say the week ended
Also why the heck is everything removed from Scott Miller's and Duke Nukem's facebook profiles?
There are no pictures, there are no posts there is nothing there.
The latest news on Miller's facebook dates from third of july and ont he duke nukem profile there are no comments at all!
Who is lying here. Among us is a lying retarded idiot that likes to play games!
Duke never said anything about action on the weekend if he did then I demand to see the link where he said that!

FlashBack, Facebook is known for bugs like this. Missing posts and what not, they occur all the time for me. At first I saw the pics on the Duke profile but not any of the other stuff that was there, after a while even the pics went way. But direct links to the picture album still works for me. So yeah, what you are seeing is definitely Facebook errors.

haha..laughed out loud!
I would say he looks very fit and young for his age!

But back to topic, yes I got the facebook bugs too from time to time! Duke's got 275 friends and growing at this very moment...

The facebook profile looks pretty carefully crafted to be about "Duke Nukem", not "Duke Nukem Forever", but who knows.

Hmm, while this is not related to the Facebook drama, I did find some interesting information while browsing some 3D Realms trademarks at TESS.
I found this: http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield...07:etadv1.2.66

Now, the filing date is April 3, 2009 and that's fine, but what really caught my attention was the Published for Opposition date: August 4, 2009.

While the "BALLS OF STEEL" thing isn't as huge (no pun intended) as Duke, it is still something of a larger magnitude, and it'll be interesting to see how this is handled (especially if the opposer is Take-Two).

As far as I have been able to comprehend, that is the date when the opposition can start coming with actions if they believe that the related trademark is infringing on something. Let's say a sex toy is named "Ballz of Steel" or something, then the company that has that registered may be the opposition.

Hmm, wieder. Hint, hint... It would make no sense to take this to court, huge waste of time and money. Just sit down, hash it out, make a deal and settle it out of court. Get the team back to work and let's get Duke Nukem Forever finished by Christmas, if at all possible (or early next year, if need be)! The game is far too close to completion to not finish it now.

Always bet on Duke!!

I would agree however the release of those DNF screenshots puzzles me:
-Why Scott(?) would do that if it was only about other Duke games coming (e.g. handheld versions)?
-Was it really Scott who gave all those screenshots? Wouldn't that be considered as "leaking" with all the legal consequences?
-Why the Shacknews web site hasn't reported anything? They used to mention less significant news/rumours about DNF, at least as an update to DNF news?

it also puzzles me that shacknews didn't report about it. I even send them the news on Friday! Normally Shacknews is one of the first websites that put Duke news up!

Well what happened in the week end ? Nothing eh ? Oh I guess it, its still Sunday in USA. But I expect nothing new. They are just playing dirty mind games with us to keep the hype alive and sell their hand held shovelware. Get over DNF. It's history now.

NEVER bet on George, and Scott.
