Hope and Prey!
This game looks extraordinarily cool. As much as I liked DOOM 3, it appears Human Head is doing a even cooler stuff with the engine, and the story is intriguing. I can't wait to play.

I realize that the PC and 360 versions of the game are due to be released concurrently, but I'm curious about who is handling the 360 port? Is it Human Head, or a team from 3D Realms? Or is it not really being "ported" but actually developed straight for the 360?

Good luck to all the dev team, and I will wait patiently until "when it's done".

And very old. When we first announced Prey originally I think we heard every variant of the wordplay with "Prey" back then.

"You are and you better." That was quite possibly the worst tagline ever.

A talented studio owned by Take Two, Venom Games (http://www.venomgames.co.uk/) are doing the 360 version of the game. They've been on it a few months and it is up and running. They work closely with Human Head.

Speaking of Venom & 360 Dev Kits... I got this msg from Tim Gerritson of Human Head, and he asked me to post this for him..

Joe,

I don't have my login info with me for the forums. Apparently several sites claimed we didn't have dev kits for 360 today because of what Scott stated on his blog. Can you mention, if and where appropriate that we have 8, we've been working on it for months now, and that Venom Software in Newcastle is working on it with us?

Tim

Thanks, guys... I'm really impressed with what I've seen from all the folks involved, and I look forward to playing. Now I just have to sort out whether I get the PC version (mouse+keyboard -- whoohoo!) or the 360 version (anything for more Gamerscore). I'm sure I won't be disappointed either way.

That's good info.
I allways wonder why sites make up those things.

But luckily we have some great people working on this game and those sites will have to acknowledge that on release and bow in the dust for HH and 3DR (and venom soft as well appearently. ).

Keep up the good work guys. Make it rock.

So you're wanting to sacrifice keyboard + mouse for some useless numbers?
