You don't have to pay to download from Gamespot, at the very least you'll just have to register a free account

I think its great that the demo is released before the game. It looks like Prey might be the best FPS game this year by far and I hope that the demo gets more people to buy the game.

It's quite bizarre for me too, as I was working here when this game was originally first thought of in 1995.

I'm sure it will be a bitter-sweet when this game is finally released (which will be very soon indeed) but i was wondering if you coul tell the community the worst and then the best experience over the past 8 or so years of making this game.

Worst was seeing some of my friends who I had working on the original two incarnations not working here anymore. Additioanly not being able to talk about it for so long. Be nice not to have to watch what I say about a game again now that it's coming out.

oh the torture

i have just waken up .. *yawn* .. its 5:35 in the morning here i even set my alarm clock so that i dont miss the demo (now does that make me a geek or just crazy ?.. but i dont have school today so i am probably just bored.). eveen though i will probably have to wait another hour after the release depending on the speed of the servers ..

anyway i will make shure to take some pictures

reminds me of the launch day for Half Life 2 .. i even skiped school for that one XD

yeah i loved it .. i was in an HL2 irc channel with a couple of guys and we counted the minutes .. and then the activation process (which only took a few minutes)
