Now, this new company now going under the name of "Apogee Software" is legally called "Apogee Software, LLC". It is technically a different company, but if you know the legalities of the LLC concept (plus details of the deal in play here), it allows this new company to function as the same Apogee Software from the past (at least that's how I understand it). Apogee LLC has as was pointed out earlier access to several IPs and our old game concepts. Some you know already, some you do not. I will not, and legally cannot break any rules regarding what is happening, so don't ask. "When it's done" works here, too. Cheesy
The company I work for has assumed 3DR as it's identity for some time, and has more or less dropped using the name "Apogee Software" except for historical purposes. The company now known as "Apogee Software" is the "New Apogee/Apogee LLC/whatever". We're not the same people at the companies. A lot of people got confused before this "New Apogee" with the old Apogee and 3D Realms, thinking we were different companies. Apogee Software Ltd & 3D Realms are the same company. Apogee Software Ltd & Apogee Software LLC are not - in that personnel side of things.
