I would like some kind of physical object not just some "making of" material we can probably guess. Something like an action figure of either Duke or one of the enemies (The cycliod emperor comes to mind).

After all this time though when/if this game does eventually come out I will probably buy two of the CE keeping one as a keepsake. Sad I know but still.

I'd be happy with an empty packet of bubblegum - DNF art on 3 sides, DNF logo on each end and "IT'S TIME" on the 4th side. Cheap to do, folds flat for the standard release.

Of all my game boxes standing in my game display case, Quake III Arena Elite Edition stands uniquely proud because of its unique metallic make and looks. How about a metallic box for DNF Special Edition too ?

Good idea, I would love to have some type of Special Edition box for DNF, with some type of extras added in. We have been waiting this long for it, may as well come in something special

I want to display it as well, and have it stand out, as there are a lot of memories waiting for this game and a lot of things have happened since it was announced so it would be a good piece of memorabilia for a few reasons.

ps. whats this the 'when its done' and 'wait for the game' comments, we have been waiting for this long, don't you think we can come on here and just talk about whatever we want now? I know this topic may have been discussed before but what else is there to do?

Oh hell yes. It could be made in the shape of the pipebomb from either Duke 3D or DNF.

Though all the mommies and daddies would cry "Video Game violence" and DHS would confiscate all the copies.

Really, though, I think Icarus' Collector's Edition concept rocked.
