Need help for an Ultra high resolution pack mod - Page 3

According to laws and regulations you can make anything you want. I can make a duke 3d game on the crytek engine and people can download it.

I can not sell it however or make use of ANY of the game RECOURCES in duke 3d.

All of the content has to make new and textures and models and sound etc.

I have a team if anyone is up for it. We have visual3d.net and not the crytek engine.

No, you can't. 3DR shut down a fan made recreation of Duke3D on the Source engine. It didn't have any content from Duke3D, either. Simply copying the map layouts from Duke3D on another engine isn't even ok.
