Part three chapter three

hi any one can help?? done well all game but now i'm skraching my head,i found the science that let me through the first decontamination chamber.But i get to the second chamber and a self destruct countdown starts and their is no way out?? Am i at the right place.Please help.

Before going in there, fire a rocket through the open door (and stand back).

Or you could shoot the tripmine through the glass of the decontamination chamber which will blow the door open and let you out.
