I seriously doubt there will be any real news on this for a long time. Lawsuits such as these can go on for months, probably over a year.

Hell, we rarely got news back when there weren't lawyers involved. Even when we did, it always turned out to be irrelevant once they inevitably changed/scrapped it.

Unless the judge looks at the documents and says : "Twelve years of development and still no product? Ruled in the favor of Take two". Wishful dreaming I know.

There are plenty of AAA games coming out this year and in early 2010. So we have somthing to do until its settled and the King returns!

Yes, thats true. The trial is wasting time and money. If 3d Realms wins, they will have to build many parts of DNF new from scratch. The developer team has been fired. I don´t think they will make it!
