I am sad to see Duke likely die. there is a shred of hope that maybe someone with dedication and project management skills will be able to resurect DNF From the ashes.

Personally I think there is still a hell of a market for this product and as long as the product is reasonably mature maybe it can be brought back to life.

Personally though I think the lack of Promotional images and media indicate that WID was just a cover for the fact that there is no product at all.

There are no investors.

While there was little promo material, how did you miss all the stuff leaked shortly after everyone was let go?

We will know whether to keep hope or not AFTER the court preceedings. Though I would like to hear how both teams are going to present their case. Take 2 is going to have ALOT to prove. Unless there was something that happened we didn't know about.
