My vote would be for

Edward Norton. That guy was very good in Fight Club. Definetly think he should get it.

That's not really the best picture but if you've seen the movie, you know what I'm talking about.

James McCaffrey has too big of a head to play Max. Sure he has the voice for it but no. If anyone from the show VIPER should play Max, J. Downing fits the looks well. He probably could make his voice sounder more "Max-ish" if he tried but to me I just can't get that goofball look away from him to take him serious.

And that guy from I-Man, Vincent Something...uh no. I liked the show and all but uh no. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

This is Sebastian Spence from First Wave (awful, awful show - but he is decent actor), and of course, our Max is next to him... [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

He's nowhere near as magically babe-licious as Sam Lake (hey, who is?), but I think he would make an excellent Max Payne.

You might also recognize him from one of my favorite X-Files episodes "Home".
