the pointless (Duke Nukem Vs.) debate thread

Hey guys, i was bored so i posted this thread, who do you think will win this 1 on 1 dual, Lo Wang the Shadow Warrior, or Duke Nukem? Post away everyone!

lo wang has better weapons and is better for meele so i think he would win.

Lo Wang, probably - he has a better arsenal, and has lots of stealth equipment.

Duke Nukem has less powerful weapons, and mainly relies on run-and-gun. He does have the Holoduke though, which might help.

Place both of them on a football field though and Duke would kick Lo Wang's ass.

^ Lo Wang's guns all feel pretty weak to me. The shotgun just doesn't feel like it's doing much damage to anything - ditto for the Uzis. Duke's weapons just feel much more powerful to me.

It is a tough call. Duke has the devastator and knows to keep his distance. Lo Wang's Nuke is pretty powerful, but could be better. Now, take Duke's boot vs Wang's sword: I think the sword would win.
Call it a draw and they go out to get some drinks at a strip club.

So that creates competition (because they'll both be after chicks and alien kills) and as thus they'll start fighting

Lo Wang isn't fighting aliens, is he? It seems to me that he is fighting evil ninjas and ancient demons summoned by the bad guy.
They have their own respective spheres of influence and both have the same ideas in mind. I think after they fight for an hour or so and neither is dead, they go out and get some drinks at a "gentleman's club"

Duke Nukem Wins. Lo has less powerfull weapons at all.

This is hard to decide for me: Both are very good at the things they do: killing their enemies in very quick and agonizing ways. Duke's RPG and Devastator are beastly in combat, along with his ability to fly with a jetpack and his HoloDuke can also be used as a distraction[albeit not the best against Lo Wang]. Duke also possess the Shrinker/Expander, which Lo Wang does not have himself, and also the Freezethrower as well.

However Lo Wang is definately the stronger physical combatant[Fists of Fury alone are far more effective than the Mighty Foot, not to mention his Katana can one-hit Brown Evil Ninjas and Assault Troopers] and is probably a little more agile due to his lighter frame. He also has the advantage of heat-seeking missiles[even if only 5 at a time] and his Nuke missile. He also has the Eraser Railgun and the Ripper Heart is like his own answer to the HoloDuke[and a superior answer, as the Zombie Lo Wang actually attacks in addition to distracting enemies unlike the HoloDuke which just stands there]. Lo Wang also has both a Portable Medikit and Night Vision Goggles to counter Duke's own, even if he does lack a Jetpack. He does however have Smoke Bombs, Flash Bombs, Gas Bombs and Caltrops[not that Duke would probably fall for them though].

In all honesty though, I believe they would not ever fight to the death and like some others have said, I see them as more of buddies[or future-buddies] due to their similarities. More than likely one day both will have to team up against their ultimate enemies when they eventually join forces themselves... >.>

Lo Wang is faster, stronger, has more powerful weapons and lots of gadgets (caltrops, gas bombs etc). The only thing Duke has over him is the jetpack.

Duke and Wang are basicly super heroes, Max is a normal dude.
