Pretty sure this violates some copyrights/trademarks/etc
So I was poking around ZDoom's forums like I usually do looking at any interesting released/WIP mods going about, and I came across this:
http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php...3456ce39010e23 From what I understand, Duke3D resources arent allowed to be used anywhere that isn't Duke3D. Am I right? In addition, its a very badly done mod too.

Yeah well what's preventing them from turning right around and codemning all of the Duke mods that use Doom resources.

Re: Pretty sure this violates some copyrights/trademarks/etc
I know some Wolf3d mod use modified textures from Duke and Doom (recolored, resized, edited).

Spear Ressurection uses some modified textures from Duke 3D, Doom and Unreal I believe. They've been resized and modified though.
