^They can't do that because of the lawsuit. Haven't expected info from them anyway. Since we haven't heard anything official about this whole situation even before the lawsuit.

Take 2 reputation and capitol lost for faith in DNF = damaged

3DR reputation and squandering because of DNF = damaged

Guy at the top that took them all down = George selfishly trying to control his own idea.

I'm just glad for a little closure - I can finally stop checking every so often for somehting that will never happen. DN3D was great at its time - best features and playability before the game market bypassed the talent at hand.
Had George worked better with others commercially in the gaming market --- it might have happened.

I hope 3DR exits George quick before 3DR itself goes down and not just DNF.

Still a good team of talent and infrastructure - just misdirected leadership not connected properly to the commercial gaming market.

EDIT: Or let the talent go and let 3DR do what it has done best for the last ten years - be a publisher/producer of video games by other talent and let go of the in house programming.

The Prey IP was moved/sold from 3DR to Radar and after that sold from Radar to Bethesda.
So 3DR did got money, because Radar is a different company than 3DR although Scott Miller is involed with Radar.

Mabey George will get to a point where he has to sell the DN ip...and then we will get the game. Or, mabey T2 wins, takes the ip and then gives it to 2k and they make the game. Im fine with either way really.

3D Realms wanted to make a great game. They should of not changed anything if people criticised there work. Take 2 are like all other publishers, if the game is buggy they would release it not caring about that the glitches would be there.

If 3DR were nearly finished why didn't Take 2 help out, they are were nearly on target with there product.

But Take 2 went loco.

Take 2 went loco? How about 12 years and still not even a trailer? That's not even close to reasonable.

We are talking about a game that will gross mabey 75 to 100 million dollars in it's first month, just because of it's name. That alone is enough reason for Geroge to finish the damn thing in his basement if he has to. I'm sorry...but what's wrong with him?
