Here is a little fuel in the fire.

When PC Gamer says “franchise” could they mean 3DR as a company and not a game?

If so then it is Prey.

I have to agree that George said that the Forum will know before anyone else and I have to believe that. The only way it could be DNF is if George posts something here the night before the magazine ships.

I want to believe it will be DNF that is unveiled, but I have to believe George.

He migth not have a source for this but he regularly exchanges PM's with Charlie and George.

That is why he sometimes seems to have insider info, well in actuall fact he just asks more questions. I doubt Charlie or George would answer the same questions differently if somebody else asked them. he is just good at thinking of the rigth questions to aks in order to maximise the info he can get out of them.

If the forum users are to find out first and 3DR isn't yet ready to officially announce it, then this is probably what they were talking about by us finding out first.

It would have to be an unofficial way of letting us know. IF kaiser does PM with George, then maybe George somehow hinted or told kaiser to tell the group and we now know "unoffically" before anyone else... maybe
