the pointless (Duke Nukem Vs.) debate thread

Actually i think hes talking about the Glue-on Gun, that gun is basicaly a backpack with a a hose attached to it, it fires this instant hitting energy stream, PAINFUL. Freeman HAS a laser cannon, he first aquires it in the first Half-Life, it has 2 fire modes, the 1st on fires single instant hit laser beams costing 2 energy ammo per shot, the alt fire basically lets the laser charge up to about 20 ammo and it WILL kill humanoids instantly, it took down the apaches in that game with 60 ammo worth!

Duke is Super Human by the way. There is no doubt, he can jump from two maybe three stories and its just a minor shake up.

Gordon is a regluar nerd. Duke is 100% Alein-Ass-Kicker. No competition. Gordon's special guns are all weak really besides the SUPER ULTRA GRAVITY GUN. But Duke's Muscles weight too much for even the Dark-Matter thingamabobber Grav Gun to pick him up.

If your going to do a debate like this, why not a realistic one like Duke Vs. Blade (SiN). Those two are more alike and it seems a more evenly balanced match.

Somehow DUKE travels in time as he did in Zero Hour, this time to 2552 or whatever, the time where Master Chief has taken over as the Ultimate Alien Ass Kicker. Duke has his M80 Blaster, Claw 12 Shotgun w/autoloader, and the BMF Thunderstrike for big situations.

When Duke meets him what do you think happens...

If you limit Duke's arsenal to the Duke3D weapons, then yeah. But include the Zero Hour, Time To Kill, Land Of The Babes, Duke Nukem 64 and Duke Nukem Advance weapons and he'll kick some Spartan ass.

When i debate Character Vs Character, i include everything that person has ever had in their possesion, unles the rules state otherwise, IMO standard 3D Duke can STILL kick MC's ass...

We've never seen if Duke is smart or not, but I got the feeling youre right. BUT, I dont think Duke necesarilly has a weak mind, no matter his intelligence.
