What was George's post on about? I didn't understand much of it

"Supposed to be 30 in Dallas this weekend. I call bullshit. People are jamming at work. Holoduke will be yummy."

Whats '30 in Dallas' mean? 30 people?

What does 'jamming' mean in this context? being stuck in a traffic jam to work or playing music together or ... ?

And whats holoduke being 'yummy' got to do with '30 in Dallas' and people 'jamming'?...

30 degrees.... Meaning it's going to be cold. People jamming at work means they're kicking ass and getting some killer work done, and Holoduke looks awesome.

30 means Duke can carry 30 holodukes and activate all 30 at once. The whole "yummy" thing is because Duke can now eat the holodukes for health. As for the "'jamming" thing... well, the holodukes can now dance on command.

The words "I call bullshit" as far as I can tell from my analysis, the game will feature bulls which will crap everywhere and Duke must clean it up. Of course, by activating all 30 holodukes at once the job will go much faster.

Thought you guys were clued up.

Dudes, you just totally derailed my thread

I was just trying to work out what George was saying, thinking since I'm from the U.K. maybe you guys from the US might have a better idea what he was trying to say. I chose the Duke Nukem Forever topic since its where all the previous posts with regards to George's twittering have been.

A side note... Didn't Joe say he would re-start the George's Twitter thread when new twitter updates appear? There have been quite a few that I'de have liked to discuss with people and haven't been able too

I've only even known the term "jamming" to refer to playing music or possibly "jamming lots of people into a room". I personally thought "jamming" meant they were doing recording for the game music or something. If jamming can also mean working hard then fair enough.

Does anyone have a reason why it can't mean they were jamming in the office in the conventional sence. Its perfectly feasible for them to have a drum kit / guitar and to be doing some music for something.
