Jarno Trulli, the one lap specialist, pulls one out of the bag. I guess he's light on fuel, but I think Toyota want to prove that they are a contender, even though Renault have a cast-iron lockout of P4 in the constructors'.

Räikkönen is P3, Hamilton P4, Kovalainen P5, Alonso P6, Vettel P7, Heidfeld P8, Bourdais P9 and Glock P10.

There's only one race left, the 2008 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos in São Paulo.

Lewis Hamilton leads Felipe Massa with 7 points. This means Lewis will be world champion if he manages to score at least 4 points. That means he only needs to finish fifth.

However, McLaren is 11 points behind Ferrari in the Constructors' world championship and there's only 18 points up for grabs. To win both championships, McLaren needs a 1-2 finish and Ferrari only needs 7 points...

Hamilton has increased his lead over Massa to 7 points. Kubica is out of the championship hunt. Alonso and Piquet secured fourth in the constructors' world championship, they are 20 points in front of Toyota and only 18 points up for grabs next race.

Boring race, though, only action IMHO was when Alonso and Kovalainen fought for fourth place in the first lap. Kovalainen got ahead of Alonso at the first few turns, but Alonso got it back at the end of the lap.

Hamilton does the job and sticks his McLaren on pole, but his wingman, Heikki Kovalainen is upstaged by Fernando Alonso. Kimi and Felipe are P2 and P3 respectively. If Kimi destroys Lewis off the line as he did in Fuji last week, Lewis may see red again and ruin it all for himself and Massa.

Heidfeld has been slapped with a grid penalty for obstructing Coulthard in Q1, well deserved because Heidfeld was on his in lap while Coulthard was on his last hot lap.

Excellent! This was an [B]awesome[/B] race. It was packed with incidents, it had overtaking, it had big drama, it had it all.

Kimi jumped Lewis at the start and Lewis lost his head and went in too hot in turn 1. He forced Kimi off the road and Robert stole the lead with Fernando in second and Heikki in third.

Then, later, Lewis and Felipe were fighting for position and Felipe made a mistake in the hairpin and went off the track, Lewis overtook and Felipe hit him and...
