Q1:
Kubica is the big player here and he starts in P18. BMW are always very late out in qualifying and maybe this time it bit them. Piquet is a bad qualifier, he may lose his drive soon. Alonso have beat him 21-0. Bourdais made a mistake and the Force Indias lack downforce.

Knocked out thus far:
P16 Bourdais - Toro Rosso
P17 Piquet - Renault
P18 Kubica - BMW
P19 Sutil - Force India
P20 Fisichella - Force India

Q2:
What is Glock doing? He knew he's going to drop 5 places. Massa improved from Malaysia where he qualified 16th, but wow, Ferrari are wallowing in the crap. Heidfeld and Kovalainen are in 2 of the 3 KERS cars and it seems Renault removing KERS was a good move. Nakajima ... Well, I don't know.

The stars of Q2 were the Red Bulls and Buemi. He's at least doing a great job in qualifying and he's beating his 4 times Champcar champion team-mate Bourdais.

The grid thus far:
P11 Heidfeld - BMW
P12 Kovalainen - McLaren
P13 Massa - Ferrari
P14 Glock - Toyota *to drop 5 places after changing gearbox before Q1
P15 Nakajima - Williams
P16 Bourdais - Toro Rosso
P17 Piquet - Renault
P18 Kubica - BMW
P19 Sutil - Force India
P20 Fisichella - Force India

Q3:
Vettel got his second ever pole position (first was the amazing and historic 2008 Italian GP at Monza where he got pole and the win). The Red Bull is a great car, but it is fragile as the had drive shaft problems in practice this weekend. Renault engines in the three first places and no KERS up there. Sends a signal, doesn't? Renault have done a good job with flying out new parts all weekend and the mechanics have worked all night fitting new stuff to the car.

The grid for tomorrow's race:
P1 Vettel - Red Bull * Red Bull's first pole position!
P2 Alonso - Renault * Awesome! Haha
P3 Webber - Red Bull * Great work!
P4 Barrichello Brawn
P5 Button - Brawn
P6 Trulli - Toyota
P7 Rosberg - Williams
P8 Räikkönen - Ferrari
P9 Hamilton - McLaren
P10 Buemi - Toro Rosso
P11 Heidfeld - BMW
P12 Kovalainen - McLaren
P13 Massa - Ferrari
P14 Glock - Toyota - to drop 5 places after changing gearbox before Q1
P15 Nakajima - Williams
P16 Bourdais - Toro Rosso
P17 Piquet - Renault
P18 Kubica - BMW
P19 Sutil - Force India
P20 Fisichella - Force India
