2009 F1 Round 2 Malaysian GP race: Button floats to the top, aborted race

The race was exhilarating for as long as it lasted. The start was very interesting, Button and Trulli were overtaken by a storming Rosberg and Alonso came charging up from P9. However, Alonso's car is not the best and he turned into a mobile chicane for Barrichello and a lot of other people. Rosberg led at the start from Trulli and Button.
Kovalainen once again retired on the first lap and Robert Kubica's engine sounded sick and he retired too.
The Red Bulls were great today, but Vettel spun out in the end. The Toyotas were strong and Rosberg's Williams also. Kimi Räikkönen's Ferrari put on wet weather tyres first when the track was bone dry. The move was a desperate gamble and it didn't work, because it eventually started raining, but it was very light. The other cars went to wets except Timo Glock who took on the intermediate tyres which was the right move because the rain still wasn't as heavy as it should be for the wets to be worth it.
But then the deluge started. The track turned into a river, cars floated around and spun at very low speed. The Race Control red flagged the race on lap 32-33 and the suspension of the race turned into the race ending because of the 2 hour absolute time limit.
There was only half points awarded because less than 75% of the race distance was covered and the results were taken from the last complete lap before the red flag, which was lap 31.
Thus the results:
